Hi to all...
We have been through 1 term or more of activities together alrdy... and weijie here is really happy to say (and see) that yea, IA is very bonded... i am really happy, cuz at the beginning the first time i try to bond our dept was during the camp... our first IA dinner remember.? tht time we were all still strangers to all of us... now, we know each other really better... it is a two-way thing, and i thank you guys for extending your part of wanting this dept to be as bonded as can be...
i also felt sad n dejected at times in IA, esp before the term ends last term... when everything juz piles up on me... people leaving SC... n yea, before u know it, 2 person is gone from the attendance list, gone from the investiture, gone from the council... i was very sad... and i told myself i do not want this to further happen... and yea, i worked on the bonding of our council, remember that time we had IA dinner? at esplanade..? ha.. it was quite a random one, but alot of us were on, and we had a great time together yea.? n hey, even now, daniel (who at first always MIA, sorri, but good job daniel~!) is participating more in IA, i hope is not cuz scared of me hor.. ><
so for this term, its a new beginning to a new term! let's aim to bond the council even further! i have a few ideas alrdy... on how to engage the SCs and let them know each other across level, across dept... before i disclose it here, do give it some thought and share it tgt as a dept when we have our nxt meeting... let's work on it this term yea
there is another goal that i hope to achieve for IA this year, and i hope it can be IA's aim as well, not just mine... to crystallise the role of IA in SC... so far so good... we doing the internal stuff, like the blazers (which is relle busy...), then the noticeboard (pls rush those publicity comm of different events!), and the SC room duties (clean up~!)... what are other things tht IA can do.? we do all those bonding stuff and behind the scenes work, thts for sure... so i was thinking we can have internal events, that may be carried on every year... like friendship day we play angel and mortal... then i thought of having SC CIP, but it is dfficult, cuz do not want to weigh down SCs... well, some fixed events that come under the jobscope in IA, such that the nxt few batches of IA people will continue it, and to improve it further... what you guys think? i wanna hear from yall what you all want to achieve in IA... ><

also thanks to yixiang cuz he also made IA a cooler place to be in... guys dont you agree.? hah.. PAKOUR! yea... thx for all the help and hearing me ranting and the long long convers which i rant on you... only hope tht my energy level would not bore you.. hah
