SC Outing this Saturday

ok... here are the details for who in charge of what games...
1. Captain Ball
- In-Charge: Amanda, ShuQi, Terence, Charlotte, Creshelle
- Things to do: think of new and fun way of playing...
2. Sandcastle Building
- In-Charge: YiXiang, XuKe, Cassie, ShingChun
- Things to do: what kinda sandcastle u want them to build.? any limitations?
3. Log Game
- In-Charge: JiaYi, BinBin, YuSiang, JiaXin
- Things to do: come up with simple instructions... make game less cheesey?
4. Scavenger Hunt
- In-Charge: WeiJie, ShuJun, Cheryl, Daniel
- Things to do: come up with list of things to find... think of how to make game more fun..?
to be included in all the games...
- Proposal, include objectives, logistics, duration, instructions...
some things to note...
- maybe we not splitting as department anymore, as many people unable to turn up
- however we still carrying on with the outing... so the groupings you all decide, based on estimate of 60 people turning up
- for picnic, we shall have a mass SC picnic? can we find a big mat/cloth to put on the floor so that all of us can sit and eat together?
all proposals to be emailed to weijie by thursday night, 10.30pm...
please stick to the timeline!
